Annual General Meeting, End of Year Awards and Christmas Party for Jingili BMX Club members

Jingili BMX Club invites members along to their Annual General Meeting (AGM), End of Year Awards and Christmas party on Sunday 13th December 2020.

The carpark will be open from 9am with a waterslide set up for the kids - please bring swimmers and towels - not bikes!

The morning will start with the presentation of perpetual club awards to eligible Challenge Class riders (over 8+) from 9:30am, kids can then head to the waterslide while the AGM is presented.

The AGM will follow at 10:00am with all positions being declared vacant. We need volunteers to fill committee positions and continue the club in 2021. If you are interested in joining the committee please complete the attached nomination form. Nomination forms will also be available from the club on the morning of the AGM.
